Alfred W. Brodt

West Springfield- Alfred Wilhelm Brodt of Bonnie Brae Drive passed away on Thursday at home. He was born in Stuttgart (Germany) on May 6, 1929. The son of the late Alfred Wilhelm and Margarite (Kern) Brodt. He came to the United States in 1957 and he became the General manager for Ken-Mar Tool Co., Inc. formerly of Agawam. Later he started Brotech Precision Co. with his son, Gunter. He enjoyed snowmobiling, boating, and vacationing at the seashore. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Annemarie M. (Sonder) Brodt in 2015. He leaves beloved son Gunter "Gunnie" Brodt and his companion Karen Dalecki. All funeral services are private and Toomey-O�Brien Funeral Home has been entrusted with all arrangements.
