Allyson Louise Duffy was a remarkable daughter, sister, mother, fiancée, and friend who lived her life with love and dedication towards her family. She passed away peacefully on April 21st, 2023, at her home on Rosewell Street in Springfield, at the young age of 34. Born on January 17, 1989, in Springfield, Ally spent most of her life in Chicopee, where she attended Chicopee Comp High School. She was a hardworking and passionate Assistant Manager at the local Subway Restaurant and Pride Service Station, where she always put the needs of her customers first. Beyond her work, Ally had a profound love for baking, music, and her Irish heritage. But above all, she cherished her family and took immense pride in being a devoted mom to her daughter, Zoe Desautels, of West Springfield, and a stepmother to Jayce Turoczy of Springfield. She was the beloved daughter of Karen (Patten) Roberts and stepdaughter of Darryll Roberts of Chicopee, and fiancée of Stephan Turoczy of Springfield. She was also a loving sister to Jay Duffy and his wife Mandy of West Springfield and Tommy Duffy and his wife Alli of Westfield. Additionally, she was a stepsister of Darryll Nycole Roberts. Ally's spirit and warmth will be forever missed by her family and friends, who will always remember her infectious laugh and the love that she brought into their lives. Calling hours will be held in her honor on Sunday, from 12 – 2 pm at the TOOMEY-O’BRIEN FUNERAL HOME, located at 1043 Westfield Street, West Springfield, followed by a Funeral Home Service at 2 pm. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Ally's name to the Zoe Desautels Scholarship Fund, c/o Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home, 1043 Westfield Street, West Springfield, MA 01089. This is a testament to the love and care that Ally had for her daughter and her unwavering commitment to her family. Ally's presence in our lives will be dearly missed, but her love and memories will continue to inspire and live on forever.
