Andra L. Fountain, 74, passed away in the comfort of her home on Saturday, November 28, 2020. Andra was born on May 4, 1946, in Springfield, daughter to the late Bernard and Louise (Burns) Hunt. She was a life-long resident of West Springfield and a graduate of West Springfield High School. Andra was self-employed, owning a private cleaning company for many years. She was a communicant of St. Thomas the Apostle Church in West Springfield. Besides raising her daughters, Andra loved birds, butterflies and flowers. She enjoyed sitting out on her deck as well as road trips. She loved animals, especially her three dogs. Andra had a great sense of fashion and enjoyed dining out. She was a devoted friend to many. Andra is survived by her daughters; Rachael O’Neil of Fitchburg and Keri Fountain of West Springfield. She was the cherished grandmother to Kyle, Brian and Ryan O’Neil, Benjamin Fountain-Hearne and Delanie Fountain-Garcia. She was predeceased by her husband Douglas Fountain in 2000 and her brothers David and Wayne Hunt. All services for Andra will be private for the family.
