Andrew T. Murray

West Springfield -Andrew T. Murray Jr., 32 of Piper Road passed away Tuesday. He was born in Springfield and attended Central High School and Holyoke Community College. Andrew worked locally in the food industry as a server for many years. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved the beach, kayaking, running, and long hikes with his beloved dog "Chance." Friends and family were an important part of his life. Andrew had a huge heart and a quiet, gentle spirit. He was witty and had a great sense of humor. Andrew had a smile that would light up a room and a laugh that was contagious. He will be deeply missed by all who loved him. Andrew will always be in our hearts and lives. "Forever Memories." Andrew was the loving son of Deborah (Suares) and Andrew T. Murray Sr., of West Springfield, beloved brother of eight siblings; sisters Cheryl Spaeth and her husband Gary, Darlene Phelan and her husband William, and Neely Murray; and brothers Ish, Brendan, Michael, Carlos and Luis Murray. He was a devoted uncle to Clyde and Natalie Spaeth and Alexis and Samuel Phelan. He also leaves his caring partner of 3 years, David Rahn along with many close friends and family. There will be calling hours 12 Noon � 2 PM on Sunday at the TOOMEY-O�BRIEN FUNERAL HOME, 1043 Westfield Street, West Springfield. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
