Annemarie (Sonder) Brodt

West Springfield- Annemarie Margaret (Sonder) Brodt, 82, of Bonnie Brae Drive passed away Wednesday at Country Estates in Agawam. She was born in Bad Cannstatt, West Germany on December 27th, 1932 to the late Julius and Anna (Krusse) Sonder. She grew up there and moved to this area in 1958. She enjoyed boating and gardening and loved to cook for family and friends. She was the beloved wife of 65 years to Alfred Brodt and the loving mother of Gunter �Gunnie� Brodt and his companion Cathy Anderson of West Springfield. There will be a private burial in the spring at Paucatuck Cemetery in West Springfield. Toomey-O�Brien Funeral Home is in charge of all services. In lieu of flowers donations in Annmarie�s name may be made to the Alzheimer�s Association, Massachusetts Chapter, 264 Cottage Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
