Anthony Yanuchievch

Anthony “Uncle Tony” Yanuchievch, 87, died January 10, 2023, at the Jewish Nursing Home. Born in Springfield, May 6, 1935, he was the son of the late Anthony and Charlotte Niemitz Yanuchievch. Tony worked as an embosser for various printing companies including Old Colony Printing, retiring in 1997. He was a US Army veteran stationed in Germany. He was a member of St. Peter St. Paul Church in Springfield. He loved golfing and vacationing at Misquamicut Beach in Rhode Island. He leaves his beloved nieces and nephews, Michael and Mary Mushok of Ludlow and Ava Wills and her husband Alan of West Springfield and several great nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held Wednesday January 18 at 10AM at St. Peter and Paul Church Lower Carew St. Springfield. A calling hour will precede the funeral from 9-10AM. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. The Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
