Obituary
Armand A. Bonneau, 93, passed away October 1, 2022. Born in Springfield, August 8, 1929, he was the son of the late Henri and Marguerite (Lacoste) Bonneau. Armand was in the building industry for many years. He was a communicant of St. Thomas Church. His beloved wife, Mary (Buoniconti) Bonneau died in 1994. He leaves his loving siblings, Dr. Rene Bonneau, Gertrude Hooben, Annette O’Connor, her twin Jeanette Boudreau, Helen Bonneau, many nieces and nephews and his good friend, John Costello. The family would like to express their deepest gratitude and appreciation to his dedicated caretaker for many years, Kathy Doran and her son Matthew. Armand’s service will be held Thursday, October 6 at 12:30 at the Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home, 1043 Westfield St., West Springfield with burial to follow in St. Thomas Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 39105-9959.
