Obituary
Arnold Edward Bushey, 91, passed away on Nov. 12, 2021 in Naples, FL. Arnold attended local schools and served in the United States Marine Corp. during the Korean Conflict. He was the founder of Arnold’s Auto Body in West Springfield. He was predeceased by his parents, Helen and Arthur Bushey, his many siblings, and his wife of 55 years, Mary (Vivenzio) Bushey. Arnold is survived by his son William and his wife Joyce of East Longmeadow. He leaves his grandchildren, Greg Bushey of East Longmeadow, Christopher Bushey of Longmeadow and Christina Cronin (Ryan) of East Longmeadow. He also leaves four great grandchildren; Olivia and Elliot Bushey of Longmeadow, and Calvin and Cooper Cronin of East Longmeadow, as well as many nieces and nephews. A private graveside service was held on Nov. 24, 2021 with the internment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home has been entrusted with all arrangements. For those of you who wish to do so, memorial donations in Arnold’s name to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation at t2t.org would be greatly appreciated.
