Barbara E Scott

Barbara E. (Blanchard) Scott, 90, passed away May 3, 2023. Born in Springfield, February 1, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Florence (Newton) Blanchard. Barbara was a communicant of St. Thomas Church and was an avid doll maker. Her beloved husband, Carl Scott Jr. died in 2021. She leaves her loving family, Bernard Scott, Donna Santaniello and her husband Carmino, Michael Scott and his wife Mary, Rosemary Scott and Carl C. Scott III all of West Springfield, Wendy Adams and her husband Stephen of Milton, VT, Barbara Lucas and her husband Steven of Wilbraham, Christine Corey and her husband Joseph of Bullhead, AZ, Paul Scott of West Springfield and Corrine Eastham and her husband Eric of West Springfield, 18 beloved grandchildren and 11 loving great grandchildren. The funeral mass will be held Tuesday May 9, 2023, at 11AM from the St. Thomas Church with burial to follow in St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours are Tuesday from 9AM till the time of the funeral at the Toomey-O'Brien Funeral Home 1043 Westfield St. West Springfield.
