Beatrice (Panetta) Brown

West Springfield -Beatrice (Panetta) Brown, 66, of Bradford drive passed away Monday at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. She was born in Springfield on May 13th, 1949 to Frank and Nicla Panetta. She grew up in Springfield and has lived for the last 40 yrs. in West Springfield. She worked as a manager for the Home Like Apartments in West Spfld. for the last 30 yrs. She retired in 2013. Beatrice was an avid reader and loved politics. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was the loving mother of Frank Brown and his wife Kara of Westfield and Robert Brown and his wife Lynn of West Springfield, caring sister of Judy Roberts and Maurice Panetta both of West Spfld, and Tina Douilard and her husband Donald of Springfield, beloved grandmother of Breanne, Emilee, Matthew, and Emily, and she also leaves several nieces and nephews. She was previously married to Richard Brown of Branford, CT. The wake will be Thurs. from 4-6:30 PM at the TOOMEY-O�BRIEN FUNERAL HOME, 1043 Westfield Street, West Spfld. At 6:30 PM there will be a Funeral Home Service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Beatrice�s name to the American Lung Assoc., 393 Maple Street, Springfield, MA 01105.
