Brian Jude Mccormick

Brian J. McCormick, 67 of Ware, MA. passed away peacefully on October 26. He was born in Springfield, the son of the late James and Janice (Minkler) McCormick. He made his career in computer programming and earned a Certificate from the Computer Processing Institute in East Hartford, CT. Brian was an athlete and played baseball for Classical High School and as an adult played in softball and golf leagues. He had a love for animals and rescued dogs and cats over the years. Brian leaves behind his daughter Brianne Ryan partner (Todd) of Weymouth, Grandson Patrick, and a granddaughter (Isabella) who is expected to arrive in February, brother James K. (Carol) McCormick of Guilford, sisters Deborah Basdekis (Paul) of West Suffield, CT, Elizabeth Semeraro (Dave) of RI and FL, many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. A Memorial Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 6 from 10-noon at TOOMEY-O’BRIEN FUNERAL HOME in West Springfield with a Memorial Service at noon. The burial will be private.
