Brian C. Small

Brian C. Small, 39, passed away Jan 17, 2023. He was born on June 13, 1983 to Thomas and the late Linda (Tomasauckas) Small. Brian was a graduate of West Springfield High School, Class of 2001, where he was a Western Mass State Champion in wrestling. Brian worked buying and selling jewelry, antiquing, working Flea Markets, and had a vendor booth at the Brimfield Fair. He enjoyed spending time with his nephew Garrett teaching him many things but fishing and going to Garrett's wrestling practices were their favorite things to do together. Brian also enjoyed spending his time with friends and family. Many of which know him as "Chunky Lovin". He was a social butterfly always singing karaoke, dancing, and making people laugh. One of Brian's passions was his online jewelry family that he got to know and love. He would happily take advice and give it to others learning the trade. Lots of late night calls, laughs, auctions, donations and discussions. Predeceased by his mother Linda, Brian leaves his father Thomas “Tom” Small III, his sister Jennifer Small, his nephew Garrett Porter along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Calling Hours will be held Thursday 1/26/23 from 3 to 6 PM at the TOOMEY-O’BREIN FUNERAL HOME, 1043 WESTFIELD ST., W.SPFLD. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday 1/27/23 at 10am at St. Andrew Episcopal Church, 335 Longmeadow St., Longmeadow, MA. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
