Candice L Phillips

Westfield, Candice L. (Barnes) Phillips, 77, passed away December 15, 2025, at Baystate Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Born in Springfield, June 8, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Lee Barnes. She was a graduate of West Springfield High School the worked for the West Springfield School System for many years. She leaves her beloved husband of 57 years, Gerald Phillips, her beloved daughter, Erin Amaral of West Springfield and her husband Peter, her loving grandchildren, Ryan, Kailee, Owen, Dalton and and her 2 great grandchildren. A Funeral Home Service will be held Monday December 22, 2025, at 11AM from the Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home 1043 Westfield St West Springfield with burial to follow in St Thomas Cemetery. A calling hour will be Monday from 10-11AM.
