Charles “Billy” Brunt, 62, passed away Friday November 20, 2020. Born in Springfield, August 12, 1958, the son of the late Charles W. Sr. and Jean (Robare) Brunt. Billy worked as a production supervisor for Springfield Wire and the Oncore Company for many years. He also worked for the Digital Company, bartended at Powers Café, was an instructor at the former Boston Bartending School for over 20 years and coached Park and Rec. Basketball for several years. He was a avid NASCAR fan and a die-hard Lynyrd Skynyrd fan living his life based off the lyrics of his favorite song “Simple Man”. He leaves his beloved wife, Robin (Asta-Ferraro) Brunt and his beloved son, Taylor of West Springfield along with several cousins and many friends. All services are private and the Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
