Cynthia "Cindy" J. Manzi, 70, passed away August 3, 2020 at Baystate Medical Center. She was born Nov. 23, 1949 to the late Roger and Phyllis LaRiviere. Cindy worked as a site manager for Carr Property Management at their two locations; Brown Stone Garden and Falcon Knoll. Previously she had worked at OK Baker Supply for over 15 years. Cindy enjoyed needlepoint, furiously taking notes on old RPG video games, watching and having anything to do with Star Trek, going to Ocean Beach in New London, CT, and visiting with friends at the 99 Restaurant on Liberty St. in Springfield. She was a friend to all who met her, unless they dared to tickle her elbow; she hated that. She leaves her husband Anthony "Tony" Manzi, her daughters Meaghan, Britney, Maria, Monica, and Julie, her sons Sean and Brian, her three grandchildren Brooklynn, Kailey, and Liam, and her brother Ronald. Calling hours will be held FRIDAY from 4 to 6 at the TOOMEY-OBRIEN FUNERAL HOME, 1043 WESTFIELD ST., W. SPFLD. Funeral and Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Oceana.org
