Darlene S Pilon

Darlene S (Fitch) Pilon, 82, formerly of West Springfield, passed away peacefully November 25, 2024, with her family by her side. Born in Akron, OH, November 16,1942, she was raised in Springfield Massachusetts and was a graduate of Technical High School. She went on to be a cosmetologist before joining her mother in the skating pattern business. She later worked in sales in the retail industry. She was the daughter of the late Wendell and Trudi (Seagrave) Fitch. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, she leaves her beloved husband of 62 years, Richard E Pilon, her two sons, Marc of Lunenburg and Scott of West Springfield, her sister, Gwen Forrester of Southborough, her grandchildren, Courtney, Daniel, Julia, Ava, Emma, and Matthew as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Craig in 1989. A Funeral Home Service will be held Thursday December 5 at 11AM from the Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home 1043 Westfield St West Springfield with burial to follow in St Thomas Cemetery. A calling hour will be from 10-11AM.
