Davina (aka David) Theriaque, DOB 8/30/1961, from West Springfield, died at home in Greenfield MA, on Saturday, October 23, 2021. She leaves her compassionate partner Chris Lewis along with family members to include: Vivian Moulton (mother), Harold J. Theriaque Jr. (brother), Melanie LeBorgne, Michele Beauregard and Paula Murphy (sisters). She is predeceased by Harold Theriaque (father), Raymond Theriaque and Matthew Theriaque (brothers). Davina (and Chris) enjoyed taking care of their 4 cats that they rescued. Davina loved music and played the guitar. The service is at the Mass. Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main Street, Agawam, MA, on Tuesday, November 2nd at 2pm in the Chapel. Donations may be made in Davina’s memory to the Mass. Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery.
