Diane J. (Lombra) Granger, 77 passed away April 27 at Baystate Medical Center. Born in West Springfield, June 30, 1942 she was the daughter of the late Joel and Edna (Chapin) Lombra. Her beloved husband, Carroll L. Granger died in 2010. She leaves her son, Carroll L. “Gary” Jr. of West Springfield, her sister, Doris Binder of PA., her granddaughter Danzialee Fraichard of Springfield, her nieces and nephews, Michael Granger of Agawam, Stephen Granger Jr. of Clinton, Arthur Granger of Westfield, John Granger of Dennis, Rosemary Fischer of W. Palm Beach, FL., Annie Reynolds of Belchertown, Joel Lombra of E. Longmeadow, Jill Poehlman of Westfield and Carolyn Bigos of West Springfield, and her sister in law, Jean Lombra of Greenfield. All services are private and burial will be in the Mass Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery in Agawam. The Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Donations may be made in Diane’s memory to the Agawam Public Library 750 Cooper St. Agawam, MA. 01101 or the Dakin Humane Society P.O. Box 6307 Springfield, MA. 01101. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
