Obituary
Doris Ann (Hoves) Cebula 91, passed away Saturday, March 21. Born in West Springfield November 29, 1928 daughter of the late Gustaf and Beatrice (Plumadore) Hoves. She retired in 1989 as a payroll administrator.  She was an avid bowler and loved to play cards. She was a former communicant of St. Peter the Apostle Church in Provincetown and prior, Our Lady of the Lake in Southwick. Her beloved husband Edmund died in 1972. She was predeceased by her siblings Gustaf E. Hoves, Jr. of E. Longmeadow, Carl H. Hoves and Gloria (Hoves) Battista, both from West Springfield. She leaves two loving sons, Glen Lane with whom she lived in Provincetown and Clifford Lane of Merritt Island, Florida.  She also leaves two grandchildren, Jennifer Palana of Jacksonville, Florida and Kevin Lane of Quechee, Vermont, and five great-grandchildren Andrew, Colton, Abigail. Seth, and Margaret. There will be no immediate services at this time, due to the corona virus pandemic.  There will be a graveside memorial service to be announced at a later date. The Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
