Edward J Kulig

Edward J. Kulig, 77, passed away Monday June 9, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Springfield, February 1, 1948, son of the late Albert and Anna (Borkoski) Kulig. Ed was a Vietnam veteran serving in the US Army. He worked as a truck driver in construction for Crestview and Kudlic Construction. He was a communicant of St. Thomas Church, and a member of the American Legion Post 207. He leaves his beloved wife, Linda (Zaleski) Kulig, his son, Jeffrey Zaleski and his wife Kerry of West Springfield, his two sisters, Irene Karaskiewicz of West Springfield and Laura Cincotta of Agawam, his 2 loving grandsons, Kameron and Kaulin. He was predeceased by his siblings, Richard, Donald, Helen, Eleanor, Catherine and Phyllis. A Funeral Home service will be held Tuesday June 17, 2025, at noon from the Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home 1043 Westfield St West Springfield with a calling hour from 11-12. Burial with military honors will follow in the Mass Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery in Agawam. Donations may be made to the American Legion Post 207 83 Park Ave West Springfield, MA 01089
