Obituary
Eleanor A. (Carlson) Noret, 85, of Westfield, peacefully passed on Monday, July 27th. Daughter of the late John and Elsie (Esner) Carlson. She leaves her sister June Carlson and sister in law Mary Carlson. She is predeceased by her brother John Carlson Jr. She married the "love of her life" William “Corky” Noret in 1951 raising 3 children together until his passing in 1990. She leaves her loving children, her son William Noret Jr. and wife Kathy of Russell, her daughter Cynthia A. Noret -Dougenik and husband Gary of Huntington and her daughter Diana M. Noret and partner Thad McCormick of Ware. She also leaves her beautiful grandchildren Ashley and her husband Austen Iglehart and their soon to be baby girl, Melissa King and Courtney McCormick. She was the most wonderful mother, grandmother and friend to all. So filled with love in all she did and loved by everyone. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, whether it was camping, fishing, horses, dirt bikes, parties, shopping, planting flowers or collecting rocks. She always brought her love, kindness and silliness to whatever she did. A private service will be Thursday, July 30 at Toomey-O'Brien Funeral Home, followed by burial at Agawam Center Cemetery. Donations may be made to Hospice of the Fisher Home, 1165 North Pleasant St., Amherst, MA 01002.
