West Springfield, Eleanor D Giustina, 88, passed away August 26, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born in West Springfield, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth (Donatini)Giustina. Eleanor was an employee of Western Mass Electric Company for 35 years. Her greatest loves in life were her family, the Red Sox NE Patriots, reading and crossword puzzles. She was a member of the deadline gang in West Springfield and the Retiree Club of WMECO and a communicant of St. Thomas Church. She leaves behind her beloved sister, Lorraine (Lori) Hildebrand, and her husband David of Naples, FL several nieces and nephews and several grand nieces and nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters-in-law Charles Della Giustina (Irene) and Robert (Joyce) Giustina. The family would like to thank the staff and volunteers at Harmony House and Baystate Hospice for the loving care they gave to Eleanor. Eleanor‘s funeral mass will be held Friday, September 4, 2026, at 11:30 AM at St. Thomas Church with burial to follow in Saint Michael’s Cemetery in Springfield.
