Obituary
Enez L. (Savini) Pertusi, 88, passed away Monday May 20, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. Born in West Springfield, April 2, 1931 she was the daughter of the late Francesco and Ermina (Veneroni) Savini. Enez worked for the Southworth Paper Company for 20 years retiring in 1995. She was a communicant of the former St. Anthony of Padua Church in Agawam and St. Ann’s Church in West Springfield. She was a wonderful cook who entertained the family on Sundays with her special Risotto Milanese, and also loved to watch cooking shows gathering up some of her many recipes. Her beloved husband of 59 years, Carlo died in 2010. She leaves her loving children, Charles J. of Agawam and Karen M. Gioranino and her husband Gary of West Springfield, her brother, Alexander Savini of Agawam, her sister in law, Joann Mutti and her husband Ken and her nieces and nephews, Johnny, Christine, Denise and Mark. The family would like to thank Baystate Hospice and especially Amy for her wonderful support and care. All services are private, and Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
