West Springfield- Frances Ann (Still) McKinnon, 83, of Healy Street passed away Thursday, April 13th, at Heritage hall Nursing Home in Agawam. She was born in Springfield on Aug. 31, 1939 to the late Annie (Stedman) and Donald Still. She lived most of her life in West Springfield. Frances worked as the Head Cashier for the West Springfield Stop & Shop. Prior to that she worked at Buxtons formerly of Agawam and also in the Administration Office at the Eastern States Exposition. She also was a volunteer for years at the Parish Cupboard in West Springfield. She was formerly a member of Mittineague Congregational Church in West Springfield. She was the beloved widow of Melvin F. McKinnon who passed away in 1995, loving mother of Jean Guzik and her husband Fred of West Springfield, Donald McKinnon of Washington, DC, Mark McKinnon and his wife Becki of Maryland, and Jane Rodman and her husband Mike of Mohegan Lake, NY, caring sister of Vicki Dana of Mesa, AZ, cherished grandmother of 7 and great grandmother of 1. She also leaves her beloved cat Bandit. All Funeral Services will be Private and Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home has been entrusted with all arrangements.
