Geraldine (Balboni) Balboni

West Springfield -Geraldine Balboni, died on Thursday, October 22, 2015. She was born on November 9, 1923, the daughter of Romilda (Cavicchi) and Celeste Balboni. She was a 1945 graduate of Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley. Geraldine was predeceased in death by her beloved family; her mother and father; brothers, Carlo, Fernando, and Adolphus Balboni; and sisters, Regina (Balboni) Savioli and Rita Balboni. The Reverend Steven C. Amo, pastor of Sacred Heart Parish in Feeding Hills, officiated at the private service. Pallbearers were Geraldine�s grandnephews; Nicholas and Matthew Balboni, John and Michal DiPietro, Robert Jeffway and Larry Eldridge. Burial took place in the Celeste Balboni family plot at St. Thomas Cemetery in West Springfield. Toomey-O�Brien Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements. �And departing, leave behind us footprints in the sands of time.�
