Gloria M Tarantino

Gloria Tarantino, 70, passed away December 17, 2025, at home. Born in Brocton, MA, February 10, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Charlotte (Keith) Tarantino. Gloria graduated from Commerce High School and worked at Sodexo, the Springfield Lunch Program, American Linen and the Digital Corporation. Gloria enjoyed going to the movies and concerts with her sisters Linda and Betty, friends Linda and Matt, and ice cream stops along the way. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was a very generous person. She leaves her stepmother, Shirley Tarantino of Springfield, her sisters, Linda Lord and her partner, Ralph of Westfield, Betty Harris and her husband Roger of West Springfield, her brothers, Frank of Springfield, and John of Springfield. She was predeceased by her siblings, Anthony Tarantino and Susan Ribeiro. She also leaves her nieces and nephews, Kelly and her husband Ryan, Khristy, and Mario Ribeiro. A funeral home service will be held Monday December 29, 2025, at 11AM from the Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home 1043 Westfield St West Springfield with a calling hour from 10-11AM
