James J Phelan

James Joseph Phelan, 62, passed away at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. He was born in Springfield on February 18, 1960 and was a graduate of Putnam High School. He worked for the Asplundh Tree Service and was an avid New York Football Giants fan and enjoyed his vegetable garden. He was the loving husband of the late Denise Balcom Phelan who passed away earlier this year, beloved son of Angeline (Fiorini) Phelan of Springfield and the late Joseph Phelan, caring brother of Robert Phelan and his wife Karen of Naples, FL and Joanne Fucci and her husband Clem of Westfield, and uncle to Jenna and Jack Phelan.
