Obituary
Jared R. Korzeniowski, 19, died suddenly January 15, 2022. Born in Springfield, August 22, 2002, he is the son of Richard and Holly (DuBour) Korzeniowski of West Springfield. Jared was a 2020 graduate of West Springfield High School and was on the Dean’s list at Western New England University where he was a Sophomore in the Engineering program. He was a communicant of St. Thomas Church. He was kind, loving and helped those in need. He was a curious and intelligent analyzer and enjoyed troubleshooting and repairing issues with electronics, robotics and mechanics. He is predeceased by his brother Matthew, grandparents Anna and John “Jussi” Korzeniowski, David L. DuBour and Terry Lambert. He leaves his sibling El Korzeniowski of West Springfield; grandmother Dorothy Lambert of Springfield; several aunts, uncles and cousins; cats Coco and Lil’ Bit; friends Angela, Dale and many others. The funeral will be held Monday, 11:00AM at St. Thomas Church. Calling hours are Sunday from 1-4 PM at the Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home, 1043 Westfield St., West Springfield. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
