Obituary
With deepest sorrow, we announce that Jason John Flak age 43, our son, brother, uncle, father passed away suddenly on November 29, 2019. He graduated from West Springfield High School and Baron Institute of Technology. The greatest joy in his life were his daughters, Destiny and Jaylyn Flak. He enjoyed time spent fishing at the Cape, and playing hockey. Jason will be missed every day by his parents Richard and Louise Flak, sisters Melissa Deslauriers and her husband Joseph of West Springfield, Nicole Flak of South Dennis, and his beloved daughters Destiny and Jaylyn. He will be dearly missed by his Aunt Suzanne Krug and Uncle Fred Krug of West Springfield , Uncle Michael Manchino and his partner Robert of Pasadena California and his Uncle Peter and Aunt Leah Flak of North Fort Myers Florida , cousins Rhianna and Kyle Krug, and niece Sophia Deslauriers nephews Joseph and Jack Deslauriers and other extended family and friends. We know Jason is now with his sons Jason Jr. and Luke, his grandparents Rita and Robert Manchino, Helena and Judge Paul Flak. Calling hours for Jason will be Friday, December 6, from 11:00AM-12:00PM at TOOMEY-O’BRIEN FUNERAL HOME, 1043 Westfield Street in West Springfield. A Funeral Home Service will follow at 12:00PM, then a burial at St. Thomas Cemetery.
