Obituary
Jennifer M. Guzik, passed away in Baystate Medical Center. She was born July 1, 1972 to Brian Scott and Donna (Daszkiewicz) Kolodziej. Jennifer enjoyed cross stitching and cooking. She was predeceased by her husband Gary Guzik in January of 2016. Besides her parents, she leaves her stepfather Donald Kolodziej, her three children; Shelby, Owen and Hayden Guzik, her brother Jacob Kolodziej, sisters Crystal Velasquez and Tanya Carr along with many extended family members and friends. She was also predeceased by her sister Vanessa Diaz in 2015. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
