John F. Coutu

Wilbraham, John F. Coutu, passed away on Saturday, October 28 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. John was a jeweler and worked for many years at Block Jewelers in Agawam and prior to that at the former Davignon Jewelers in Holyoke. Before becoming a jeweler, he attended STCC and later worked as a mechanic in his family�s business, the former Car City Citgo in Holyoke. John leaves his loving wife, Lori, of 31 years. They enjoyed life as a couple with family and friends and took many beautiful vacations, Maui being John�s favorite. John leaves his mother, Elizabeth Coutu, of East Longmeadow, his sister, Ann Summers and her husband John Summers, of Waldorf, Maryland, his brother-in-law and sister-in law, Richard and Patricia Kisiel, and his nephew and niece, Joseph and Isabella Kisiel, all of St. Albans, Missouri. He is predeceased by his father, Erson Coutu. The family would like to thank the Tufts Medical Center doctors, nurses and medical and support staff who were so caring, and lovingly supported John and his wife over the last 5 years. Calling hours will be Thursday from 5-7 PM at the TOOMEY-O�BRIEN FUNERAL HOME, 1043 Westfield Street, West Springfield. There will be a Funeral Home Service at 12 Noon on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. Thomas Cemetery in West Springfield.
