Obituary
Kathryn “Kay” A. (Rudgers) Allen, 72, passed away July 9, 2019 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. Born in Pavillion, NY, June 5, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Duane and Rosemary (Coefield) Rudgers. Kay worked as a dental hygienist for many years at the offices of Mackler, Siurek and Associates in West Springfield. She leaves her beloved sons, Brian of West Springfield and Sean of Great Barrington, her brothers, Jim, Dan and Dave Rudgers, and her loving granddaughter, Kayla Allen. A funeral home service will be held Tuesday, July 16 at 11AM from the TOOMEY-O’BRIEN FUNERAL HOME, 1043 Westfield St., West Springfield with calling hours from 9AM-11AM. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial donations in Kay’s name to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
