Obituary
Kenneth J. Shean Sr. 78, passed away Sunday surrounded by his loving family. Born in West Springfield, April 30, 1939, he was the son of the late Daniel and Mary (Baker) Shean. Ken worked for the Aetna Insurance Company in Hartford for over 27 years and was a member of the I.A.T.S.E. local 53, the Dante Club and the West Springfield Elks and was also a communicant of St Thomas Church. He leaves his beloved wife of 57 years, Georgette (Marinello) Shean. He also leaves his loving children, Georgette Dawson and Kathleen Cady (John) both of West Springfield, Kenneth J. Jr.(Jennifer) of Agawam and John (Malinda) of Salem, OH., his loving siblings, Michael of Northampton, Donald of Westfield, Rita Lungarini of Spirngfield, Carol Menard of West Springfield and Maureen Kemp of Southwick, his 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A funeral home service will be held Thursday 6pm from the Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home 1043 Westfield St West Springfield with a calling hour from 5-6.
