Lennart Holve

Agawam, Lennart �Len� Holve, 86, passed away Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Wingate of West Springfield. Born in New York City, November 24, 1929, he was the son of the late Nils and Lillie (Johanson) Holve. Len graduated from the Roosevelt High School in Hyde Park, NY and then enlisted in the US Air Force during the Korean War. He was president of the Densal Manufacturing Company in West Springfield for many years. He leaves his wife, Doris (Rodrigue) Holve, his children, Richard Holve of Westfield and Kerstin Holve of Dennisport, his six grandchildren, Doris�s children, Edward Rickus and Linda Rickus both of NY, Debra Whiting of West Springfield and Laura Rickus of Italy, her 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by Doris�s son, Robert Rickus. The family would like to thank the entire staff of Wingate Unit 4, Hospice of Western and Central MA and Sr. Caritas Cancer Center for their wonderful care. Burial will be private at the Mass Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam and the Toomey-O�Brien Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Sr. Caritas Cancer Center, 271 Carew St, Springfield, MA 01104.
