Lillian M. (Brassard) Fanos

West Springfield- Lillian Margaret (Brassard) Fanos, 89, of Chilson Road passed away Friday at Mercy Medical Center. She was born in Holyoke on August 12th, 1927 and she lived most of her life in West Springfield. She worked for years as a bookkeeper at McCullough and Associates Accounting formerly of West Springfield. She was a communicant of St. Thomas the Apostle Church. Lillian was an avid Red Sox fan. She was the beloved widow of James A. Fanos who passed away in 1986, loving aunt of Dennis Durfee of West Springfield and Diane Senez, Donald Durfee, and Denise Sarno all of Enfield. She also leaves several great nieces and nephews and her brother-in-law Gordon Durfee of Enfield. Lillian was predeceased by her sister Phyllis Durfee. There will be a Funeral Mass Wed. 12 Noon at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 47 Pine Street, West Spfld. Burial will follow at St. Thomas Cemetery.
