Linda A Nummy

Linda Ann Nummy passed away peacefully on the 23rd of February 2025 surrounded by the love her family. Linda Was born in Annapolis MD, 12 July 1957 to Mother Nancy Labree and Father Raymond Pederzani. She was the oldest of a large family consisting of 8 children. She spent most of her life and raised her family in West Springfield MA. Linda is survived by her Father Raymond Pederzani, Sister Judy Vezina, Brother Raymond Pederzani, Sister April Tetreault, Sister Diane Comeau, Sister Dale Hebert-Lane, children Brenda Martins, William Dean IV, Scott Dean, Amanda Nummy and 11 Grandchildren. Linda dedicated her life to helping others, volunteering at numerous charitable organizations. Among these were the Open Pantry, Toy Drives, and Holiday dinners. For 25 years, she generously volunteered her time at the Big-E 4H building. She had a passion for sharing her interests and was known for organizing bus trips so that her friends could experience them with her. Later in life, Linda made great strides in creating strong bonds with her beloved grandchildren. She was known for her dedication to friends and family, always helping wherever she could. She cherished going to the beach alongside her best friend, Marilyn. She was also a passionate fan of wrestling and local sports teams. She shared those passions with her closest friends. People who knew her best will miss the phone calls she would make each year without fail, to sing them Happy Birthday. Her loss will be felt in her family for eternity, and she will be sorely missed by all who knew her. A service to celebrate Linda's life will be held at Toomey O’Brien Funeral Home in West Springfield MA on Monday March 3rd @ 11:00 AM with a calling hour from 10-11AM. Burial will be held immediately after at St. Thomas Cemetery in West Springfield MA.
