Lora (Parzych) Oles, 90, passed away Sunday June 27, 2021 at Baystate Medical Center. Born in Gill, February 25, 1931, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Gawel) Parzych. Lora was a Licensed Practical Nurse working in various nursing homes in Greenfield. She worked as a deli clerk for Stop and Shop, United Technologies and owned and operated the Babka House Restaurant in Greenfield. She was predeceased by her former husband Peter. She leaves her loving children, Gregory of Myrtle Beach, SC, Geoffrey of Fernandina Beach, FL, Kevin of Bozrah, CT, Brian of Easthampton and Melissa Kraver of West Springfield, her 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. All services are private and the Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Donations may be made to the Open Pantry, P.O. Box 5127, Springfield, MA 01101-5127.
