Loretta S. Toton

Loretta “Laurie” Sigrid (Christiansen) Toton, 86, died peacefully on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Baystate Medical Center. Born in New Britain, CT to the late Carl L. and Wanda (Kalinowski) Christiansen, she was a longtime West Springfield resident. Laurie was predeceased by her husband Henry E. Toton, Jr. in 2024. She will be dearly missed by her two devoted sons; Eric Toton and his wife Janice of Westfield and Marc Toton and his girlfriend Amy McGrath of West Springfield, sister Cathy Slater of CT, nieces; Kristen, Adrian and Cheryl, nephew Joseph and her dog Sammy. Family and friends may meet for Laurie’s Committal Service on Thursday, May 22 at 10AM at MA Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St., Agawam. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the MA Veterans’ Home in Holyoke Activities Fund, 110 Cherry St., Holyoke, MA 01040.
