Obituary
Lorraine W. (Most) Antoine, 92, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2020. Born in West Springfield where she resided most of her life, as well as in Agawam. Daughter of Clarence and Winifred Most. Lorraine worked for many years at the former Third National Bank and Steiger’s Dept. Store in Westfield. She was a member of the West Side Tappers troupe, enjoyed the West Springfield Senior Center and was an avid reader. She loved to visit the Cape with her sister, daughter and granddaughter. She was married to James George Antoine for 32 years until he passed away in 1978. Her second husband William Yelinek passed away in 2003. She leaves her sons James of Orlando, FL, George of Old Orchard Beach, ME, and Paul of Agawam, MA. She leaves a sister Norma Henault of Webster and brother Peter of Holyoke. She was predeceased by her daughter Susan Antoine Andringa, her brothers Clarence, Jr. and Everett and sister Pauline. She leaves her grandchildren Nicholas Andringa, Kristin Guillen, Jason Antoine, Jessica Balser, Krista Antoine, and Cherise Antoine, as well as 8 great-grandchildren and a special friend Edward Scully. The family will have a celebration of life scheduled for a later date in 2021. Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
