Marilou (Lafontaine) Moore

Springfield- Marilou (LaFontaine) Moore, 65, passed away Thursday in the comfort of her daughter's home. She was born in Holyoke to the late Mary (Shea) and Philip LaFontaine. Marilou loved traveling with family, going on cruises and taking care of her son John. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Ralph Moore in 2011. Marilou leaves her loving children, Martha Ouano and her husband Albert, who gave her great care in the last few weeks of her life, of Springfield, Susan Moore of Springfield, Christopher Moore of W. Spfld. and John Moore of Wilbraham, six grandchildren, her brother, Donald LaFontaine and two sisters, Phyllis Witt and Sandra Cole. There will be a 12-Noon Funeral Home Service Wednesday at the TOOMEY-O'BRIEN FUNERAL HOME, 1043 Westfield St. W. Spfld. Calling hours will precede the service from 10:30AM-Noon. The burial will be in Paucatuck Cemetery in the spring. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mercy Hospice, 1236 Main Street, Suite 202, Holyoke, MA 01040.
