Michael Lawrence Fiorentino, 86, passed away Friday, August 14, 2026, in Enfield. He was born in Springfield on June 6, 1940, to the late Pasqualina (Rinaldi) and Lawrence Fiorentino. He lived most of his life in East Longmeadow and was a graduate of Cathedral High School. He worked in the Security Department at Baystate Medical Center for over 20 years. He served in the U.S. Army with the 101st Airborne Division during the Vietnam War. Michael was also a longtime communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Hampden, where he taught CCD for many years. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his grandchildren.

He was the loving father of Meghan Kirkpatrick and her husband Scott of Enfield and Heather Hayes and her husband Jason of East Longmeadow; devoted husband of Anette Debour of East Longmeadow; caring brother of Felicia McIntosh of Springfield; beloved cousin of Elizabeth “Pat” Hill of Springfield; and cherished grandfather of Nicholas Raschilla, Jack Hayes, and Gianna Murphy.

In addition to his parents, Michael was predeceased by his brother, Lawrence Fiorentino, and his sister, Rosemary (Fiorentino) Stasiak.

The calling hour will be Tuesday 8/25/26 from 9:15 am- 10:15 am at the Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home, 1043 Westfield Street, West Springfield, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 am at St. Mary’s Church in Hampden.
