Northampton- Norma L. (Lefebvre) Gould, passed away Tuesday surrounded by her loving family. Born in Winchendon, June 11, 1936, she grew up in Athol and lived in Easthampton before moving to Northampton 27 years ago. Norma was a graduate of the Cooley Dickinson Hospital School of Nursing and began her career there as a registered nurse for over 42 years retiring as a nursing supervisor. Norma�s love for nursing and helping others was only surpassed by the love of her family. Her beloved husband Bill died in 2001. She leaves her loving children, Steven M. Gould and his wife Judy of Easthampton, Donna M. Gould of Sedona, AZ and Susan T. Walker and her husband Jeff of Northampton. Her beloved grandchildren, Ryen MacDonald of Montreal, Ian MacDonald of CA and Nicole Walker of Northampton. Her brothers, Leo Lefebvre of Atlantic City, NJ and Chris Lefebvre of Las Vegas, NV. She also leaves her loving partner Ronald �Dutch� Van Kuren. The calling hours will be held Sunday November 16, 2014 from 10am-noon at the Helen Hills Chapel, 123 Elm Street, Northampton with a Memorial Service to follow at noon. The family would like to thank Dr. Mark Bigda and Dr. Philip Glynn and their entire staff including Donna, Cindy, Ana, Denise and Cara for their kindness and wonderful care during Norma�s illness.
