Patricia (Bailey) Connors, 79, died peacefully on the morning of Friday, October 9th at Baystate Medical Center. Daughter of the late Howard and Helen (Leate) Bailey, she was a longtime West Springfield resident.

After graduating from Haverhill High school, Pat went on to starting a family and becoming a very successful business woman having owned Advantage Staffing in West Springfield for 25 years, retiring in 2022. She enjoyed spending time at her beach house sitting on the deck, watching the water. She loved playing games, listening to Patsy Cline, Elvis and spending time with family, friends and her beloved furry friend Chloe.

In addition to her parents, Pat was also predeceased by her partner Jack Hittman and her brother Howie Bailey. She will be sadly missed by her devoted daughters; Cindy Hersey and her husband Michael of Southwick and Shannon Mathur and her husband Prav of West Springfield, her sister Deb Forte and her husband Danny and her brother Joey Bailey, beloved grandchildren; Chelsea Reyes and her husband Adriano, Zachary Hersey and Colin Mathur, cherished great grandson Connor Hersey, as well as many nieces, nephews and close friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th from 2-4 PM at Toomey O’Brien Funeral Home, 1043 Westfield St., West Springfield.
