Patricia A. (Mattox) Phelps

Southwick -Patricia Anne (Mattox) Phelps, 69, of Feeding Hills Road passed away Saturday at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Oklahoma City, OK on July 17th, 1947 to the late Euclid and Minnie (Lewis) Mattox. She worked for years as a Customer Service Representative for several companies. She was the beloved wife of Charles Phelps, loving mother of Lance Stowell and his wife Gina of West Springfield and Beckie Stowell and her companion Dana Dyer of Southwick, caring sister of Mark Mattox of Colorado, and cherished grandmother of Ryan and Kiley Stowell and Shyanne Stowell and Isabella Stowell Marcoux and Sam and Mollie Dyer. All Funeral Services will be private and Toomey-O�Brien Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements. In lieu flowers a memorial fundraiser has been set up, at Westfield bank, in her name to offset to enormous expense of her cancer treatments.
