Paul J. Danehey

Springfield- Paul James Danehey, 79, passed away Thursday at Heritage Hall East in Agawam. Born June 26, 1936 at Providence Hospital in Holyoke son of the late, Breda (Scanlon) and James Danehey. Paul served in the US Army and was past Commander of the American Legion Post 185 in Agawam. He retired from Atlas Copco. Paul leaves behind a brother, John Danehey of Chicopee and several nephews and a niece. Committal Services will be Thursday, 10AM at the MA Veterans' Memorial Cemetery in Agawam. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Soldiers� Home in Holyoke, 110 Cherry Street, Holyoke, MA 01040. Toomey-O�Brien Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
