Feeding Hills- Peter John Milanese, 85, passed away Monday at Mercy Medical Center. He was born in West Springfield to the late Pasqualina�(Bondi) and Quirico Milanese. Peter was a graduate of West Springfield High School and had lived most of his adult life in Agawam. He was a U.S. Marine Korean War Veteran. Peter was a Chef at Tinti's Restaurant for many years, and also worked at Carando�s in Agawam. Peter owned and operated the Riverview Market in Agawam. He was a communicant of Sacred Heart Parish in Feeding Hills. He was an avid Yankees and Patriots fan. He loved his vegetable garden and was especially proud of his tomatoes. Peter leaves his beloved companion, Evelyn F. (Amlaw) Langevin of Feeding Hills, his loving children, Linda M. Langevin and her husband Charles Calisti of Orlando, FL, Mark L. Langevin and his wife Joan of Westfield, Nancy F. Schneider and her husband Gary of Agawam and Jill L. Pisano and her husband Donald of Westfield, eleven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Friday from 9AM- 10:30AM at the TOOMEY-O�BRIEN Funeral Home, followed by an 11AM Liturgy of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Church, Springfield St., Feeding Hills. The burial will follow at St. Thomas Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Sacred Heart Church, 1103 Springfield Street, Feeding Hills, MA 01030.
