Ralph E Dowers Jr

Ralph E. Dowers Jr. 69, passed away May 6, 2024. Born in Chicopee, November 20, 1954, he was the son of the late Ralph E. and Theresa (Coughlin) Dowers. Ralph was a graduate of Springfield Tech High School and was a US Marine Corps veteran. He worked as a carpenter for the local union for many years. He leaves his beloved daughter, Stephanie Dowers with whom he lived along with his grandsons (his little buddies) Shane and Owen, his sons, Ralph E. III and Aaron J., his beloved sibliings, Peter, Sharon, Cindy, Edith, Teresa, Penny, and Lisa, 5 grandchildren. Military honors will take place Friday May 17, 2024 at 9AM at the Mass Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam. The Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Baystate Hospice 30 Capital Drive West Springfield or the Volunteer Firing Party at the Mass Veterans Memorial Cemetery 1390 Main St Agawam.
