Obituary
Richard C. Gallup, 62, passed away Sat Jan. 4, 2020. He was born Oct. 22, 1957 to the late Howard and Lucia Gallup. Rich worked as a service manager for Terminix. He was a loving husband and great dad who loved the outdoors, fly fishing, snowmobiling and spending time at his cottage on Big Pond. Rich leaves his loving wife Betsy (Dionne) Gallup, his son Cody Gallup of Westfield, daughter Kaitlin Gallup and her boyfriend Shannon Ouellette of Salem, MA and his sister Janice Hills and husband Paul of Ware, MA. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday 1/11 at 12 NOON at the Storrowton Tavern and Carriage House, 1305 Memorial Avenue, West Springfield. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Big Pond Association, c/o Janice Hills-Treasurer, 110 Church St., Ware, MA 01082. The Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
