Richard Waite

West Springfield- Richard Royce Waite, 85, of Canterbury Lane passed away Friday at home. He was born Troy, NY on October 3rd, 1930. He grew up in West Springfield and moved to Middlefield, MA and later Denver, CO. He settled back in this area 15 yrs. ago. He was a Clinical Psychologist and had his own practice for many years. He received his Doctorate in Psychology from Yale University. He was predeceased last year by his loving wife Suzann Waite. He was the beloved father of David Waite and his wife Dulcia of Bay Mills, MI, Theodore Waite also of Bay Mills, MI, Tia Carlson and her husband John of Buena Vista, CA, and Kai Waite and his wife Celin Childs of Denver, CO, caring brother of Sally Connor of Middlefield, MA, and devoted grandfather of 16 and great grandfather of 21. He was also predeceased by his father Richard A. Waite and his brother David R. Waite. All Services will be Private and Toomey-O�Brien Funeral Home is entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
