Robert E. Anti, 82, died July 7, 2022, at Mercy Hospital. Born in Springfield, March 30, 1940, he was the son of the late Adam and Anna (Maffini) Anti. He worked as a purchasing agent for the Springfield Armory for many years. He was a former communicant of St. Thomas Church and a member of the Marine Corps Reserves. He leaves his siblings, Priscilla “Pat” Mesick of Agawam and Dennis “Chet” Anti of Wilbraham and a close friend, Louise Gai of Pittsfield. All services are private. The Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
